Meditative Concert - Sound healing
Sound therapy has been used by monks in the monasteries of Tibet but mostly in Nepal.
Sound was used to assist getting in deep meditations into which the monks entered in order to know the inner richness and assist in their own healing and spiritual understanding.
Tibetan bowls have evolved due to frequency adjustment, causing each bowl to work and vibrate different body zones, organs and chakras leading to more complete and assertive work.
Here the meditation is induced by the sound itself, always being a surprise where each one of them takes us, thus making a meditative journey full of emotions and sensations. Harmonic vibrations will make the physical and energetic body expand, in opposition to the normal tendency of everyday life; relaxing deeply, giving a feeling of lightness to the body.
To participate simply lie down comfortably and let the sound vibrate in you.
Advisable to bring for comfort: Yoga cushion, blanket and mattress
