Booking Conditions
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total reservation value must be paid. The remaining balance will be settled upon arrival.
Children aged 0–3 years old, sharing a room with two adults, stay free of charge. Children aged 4–12 years old, sharing a room/villa with two adults, are charged 50% of the adult rate. In the Villa, the 2nd to 4th child aged 4 to 12 years: 25% of the adult rate. Extra adults (13+ years old), sharing a Villa with two adults: €235 / person. For additional nights, the children's supplement is €30 / night and the extra adult supplement (13+ years old) is €50 / night.
Cancellation Policy
Until 15 November: full refund of the deposit paid. Until 30 November: 25% of the deposit paid will be refunded. From 1 December onwards: the deposit is non-refundable.
